Thanks for visiting the Holly’s Heart Foundation website, we are happy you’re here! Holly’s Heart Foundation is a non-profit founded in 2019 to support organ donor families through one of the most difficult moments in their life. Our primary initiative is to help organ donor families keep the memory of their loved ones alive through the Heartbeat for Heroes initiative. We also strive to raise awareness about the critical importance of people registering to be organ, eye, and tissue donors while honoring the generosity of hero donors.

Holly’s Heart Foundation would like to thank all who contributed and joined us at the 4th annual Holly’s Heart Hero & Remembrance Walk on September 28, 2024.
We had a great weather, great community, and a great turn out that made made the entire date wonderful for all!

Holly’s Heart Foundation is a proud recipient of a 2024 The Power of Change grant provided by the Community Awareness of Rappahannock Electric Charity, Inc.
It is through the generosity of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative member-owners who round-up their electric bills through The Power of Change program, that the CARE Charity can award grants to organizations like ours.
