Holly’s Heart Foundation
Holly’s Heart Foundation is a non-profit founded in 2019 to support organ donor families through one of the most difficult moments in their life. Our primary initiative is to help organ donor families keep the memory of their loved ones alive through the Heartbeat for Heroes initiative. We also strive to raise awareness about the critical importance of people registering to be organ, eye, and tissue donors while honoring the generosity of hero donors.

We would like to say thank you to everyone that helped make our first Sip & Stride 5k and Fun Walk a success!
We are happy to announce that we raised $6,500 which will help create over 230 legacy bear kits! We wouldn’t be able to do this without your help, so we are sending a huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, bought raffle tickets, volunteered their time, or even just shared posts on Facebook!

Sip & Stride 5K and Fun Walk 2026
Holly’s Heart Foundation is a proud recipient of a 2026 The Power of Change grant provided by the Community Awareness of Rappahannock Electric Charity, Inc.
It is through the generosity of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative member-owners who round-up their electric bills through The Power of Change program, that the CARE Charity can award grants to organizations like ours.
